1. All sizes are approximate.

2. Animals are shipped healthy and complete.

3. A. The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the day of concluding the Sale Agreement.
    B. After exceeding this date, the seller does not guarantee the availability of the product.

4. The store realizes the order after receiving the payment.

5. Packages are only shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays.

6. The store delivers animals only when the weather allows for a safe delivery.

7. If the weather does not allow for safe delivery, the store will process orders in the next period (usually the following week).

8. The store provides a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE  to the following countries:
    Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Germany.
        (we're working to make sure more countries have a live arrival guarantee)
     A. For parcels sent only on Mondays.
     B. The shipping method must be chosen as "EMS" or "Courier" when you make an order on website.
     C. The warranty lasts up to 5 days from the moment of sending the package.
     D. The warranty condition is to make a video (unboxing video) when opening the originally packed package.
     E. The video can not be cut. The video must show the continuity of opening all containers so that we can see all the spiders.
     F. The video should be sent to us on the same day.
     G. For dead spiders we refund money or send spiders again. (to be agreed with the client)

9. The shop does not give a live arrival guarantee for all countries.

10. The store is not responsible for errors resulting from the fault of the supplier or the wrong address provided by the customer.
